Executive Administrative Assistant

A prominent, well-known Oil and Gas company in the DTC area is seeking a professional and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support the President/CEO. This position requires prior CEO Executive Administrative experience. This candidate must demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, excellent communications skills and solid organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high level support to CEO and other executives in calendar management, meeting, and travel coordination
- Manage daily business operations and complete a high volume of administrative work
- Prioritize deadline sensitive materials to be completed by CEO
- Write and draft all correspondence and create written and visual presentations
- Strong technical background and ability to manage multiple projects
- Act as a liaison between CEO and internal/external parties
- Prepare expense reports, corporate reports and maintain document record files
- Outstanding attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, problem solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years high level EA experience supporting CEO
- Advanced in Microsoft Office
- Highly level of confidentiality
- Must possess exceptional communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Must be detail oriented and self-motivated
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Degree preferred
This is a great opportunity to be the EA to the CEO of a dynamic company. Overall compensation package includes excellent salary and benefits with a range from 65K to 70K with a bonus opportunity.
