A growing management company in the DTC area is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team. This is a full time position during normal business hours Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate must have an extremely professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- First point of contact for the office
- Meet and greet customers and assist with their needs
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Order office supplies as needed
- Book conference rooms
- Assist HR department as needed
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Maintain the front office
- 5-10+ previous front desk and reception experience in a corporate office setting
- Good verbal and written communication skills a must
- Customer service experience required
- Detailed oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to multitask
