Front Office Coordinator

A small corporate office in Castle Rock has an immediate opening for a Front Office Coordinator to help support the office. The ideal candidate will have previous receptionist or customer service experience, good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct heavy call volume
- Greet visitors and assist with their needs
- Organize and file invoices
- Sort mail and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Coordinate and track multiple projects
- Provide excellent customer service internally and externally
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- 1 year+ corporate office experience
- Receptionist experience required
- Must be detail oriented and work well in a team
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Some college preferred
This is a full time opportunity will pay $12.00-$13.00 per hour.
