This is an exciting career opportunity for a recent college graduate with marketing or account management experience. The ideal candidate will be a professional, high-energy individual with excellent customer service skills.

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with key accounts
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up
• Manage internal order entry process
• Match international approvals with file system
• Maintain and organize web-based and online orders
• Review orders and check for accuracy
• Address customer issues and resolve as needed
• Display excellent product knowledge to customers

 

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required
• 1 year+ marketing or account management experience required
• Customer service experience a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong data entry and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills a must

 

This is an exciting opportunity to start a career in a unique, team oriented and fun environment! This is a full time position with half days every Friday. This position offers competitive benefits and a salary range of $33K-34K annually.
