Department Administrative Coordinator

A dynamic and well established oil and gas company in downtown Denver is looking for an Administrative Coordinator that will directly support the Data Systems department. This position is responsible for assisting with data entry and analysis, coordinating department agreements, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have recent administrative experience as well as strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the oil and gas industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high level of administrative support for department
- Draft, and manage vendor agreements
- Assist with data entry and data analysis
- Route agreements and vendor invoices to appropriate departments
- Prepare department presentations
- Generate and maintain department reports and spreadsheets
- Track and report travel and fleet information
- Coordinate a variety of department documents
- Assist with department schedules and coordinating calendars
Requirements:
- 2+ years administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Bachelors degree required
- Oil and gas experience preferred
- Advanced in MS Office 2010
- Must be able to work in team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills a must
- Excellent time managements skills
