Raissa has 20 years progressive experience, including 12 years in staffing, customer service, business development, management and operations. She is successful in leading teams to achieve business objectives, exceed results and ultimately deliver profit for the company. Her extensive history in creating new business and maintaining excellent customer relationships has made her a valued strategic business partner and management-level consultant. Recognized as a strong leader, creative thinker, and problem solver, she has the proven ability to provide critical support in the development and implementation of providing staffing solutions and strategies to over 500 clients.

 

Sharon has over 20 years of Staffing industry experience. She was responsible for leading the strategic direction of two Staffing  companies and working with the front-line consultants who drive the results. Sharon oversaw the day-to-day operations for  two Denver offices and was ultimately responsible for the growth and success of the market. For over 20 years her expertise in the Staffing industry has allowed her to start multiple divisions, implement successful operational initiatives, strategically develop clients, recruitment management, financial management, training and organizational development, database management and Executive team leadership.

 

Joe is a businessman with over 35 years of experience in management, business development and oil and gas exploration. He was the founder, President and CEO of Connection Companies, Inc., a single source provider of technical, financial and professional staffing and project management solutions for Fortune 1000 and smaller firms. He was the recipient of the Small Business Of The Year Award in 1998 and sold the Company to CDI, a NYSE company, in 2002.

 

Mary is an energetic and dynamic business woman with over 25 years of experience in both the staffing and oil & gas industries.  Her roles have included business development, consultative sales, strategic planning, customer service, and management.

Earlier in her career, Mary worked for a geophysical services company for 11 years, where she was successful in brokering seismic data to oil and gas companies located in Colorado, Texas and Wyoming. 

 

Tracie is a talented recruiter and comes with a great deal of enthusiasm, dedication and desire to help others. She has three years of recruiting experience in the financial services industry where she was responsible for the growth and development of a local internship program. She joined AimHire in December as a recruiter and is excited to begin a new career in the staffing industry.

 

 

We are excited about the overall enthusiasm that Margaret brings to AimHire. She is friendly, accommodating and willing to help out in every way possible. She is a great representation as the first point of contact for all our customers and employees.

 

 

Lauren came to Denver this past spring from Chicago and is looking forward to the Mile High City lifestyle! Lauren received her Bachelor's degree in Communications from Canisius College, in Buffalo, New York on a full volleyball scholarship. Lauren is excited to bring her Midwest energy to the Rockies.
