What happens to my resume once I submit it to AimHire?

One of our team members will review it and determine whether there may be a match for one of our open jobs. If there is a fit, we will give you a call to schedule a meeting to review your background, skills and career interests. If there is not a fit for one of our open jobs, we will keep your resume on file for when a future job opens up that better fits your background and skills.

Will my resume be sent out to potential companies without my knowledge?

No. Your resume will never be submitted anywhere without your prior consent.
