Meet Carlie Dorr sm

Carlie joined AimHire as an Account Manager and partners with clients to find the top talent to support their goals.  She provides subject matter expertise and consultative coaching to AimHire clients and is passionate about providing the best interview experience to both the candidate and hiring manager. She has recruited for a wide range of industries including technology, finance, healthcare, construction, manufacturing and more.

Carlie has both agency and corporate recruiting experience, most recently with a big tech company, were she learned first-hand the challenge employers face. She now brings that expertise and perspective to her AimHire clients.

She has experience in sourcing candidates, increasing candidate response rates and has excellent account management experience. She takes pride in helping clients find quality candidates, and excels in communication skills, organization and attention to detail.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in integrated business from University of Central Florida.

When not working, she enjoys snowboarding, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
