Teamwork is undoubtedly a huge part of our culture at AimHire! Our 2018 kick-off started at Kings Escape Room where we worked together as a TEAM and combined our different strengths, skills, collaboration, and overall strategy to escape. We were divided into 3 groups to solve different problems in order to move along into the next phase.

The escape room was an exciting activity that challenged us to think outside the box and to collaborate with our different styles of thinking to reach a common goal. We learned how important it is to communicate and to value each other's ideas when exploring all the possible solutions under pressure. The activity taught us that the key to our success is teamwork and trust; we need one another and the unique skills and talents that each member brings to the room. 

The day ended with breakout sessions in which we brainstormed the ways our team will offer the Best in Class service to our candidates and clients. The development of our Basic Beliefs underscores the collaborative approach our team is committed to. We are excited to take these values to continue to lead us into another year of growth for AimHire in 2018!
