Gratitude is a big part of our culture. When we express our appreciation to others, we recognize their value and contributions – not to mention it feels good to be thanked! From decorating desks for a co-worker's anniversary and birthday to a day outing at the Rockies game - these are some ways we express gratitude for our teammates.

Other ways of giving thanks come from our clients; The time that clients and candidates take to write to us is a measurement of the appreciation to our staff. We wanted to celebrate this to our team members by sharing each week the Thank You’s that clients and candidates send. 

At our company lunch we announced the winner of Thank You notes – with over 200 Thank You notes!
