As 2019 comes to an end, everyone here at AimHire has taken time to reflect on how grateful we are for our clients and the Denver community. This holiday season we were able to hand deliver some tasty pies to our clients to let them know how grateful we are for their partnership as well as participate in Neighborly November, where we set a goal to acknowledge 100 random acts of kindness. These could be things like, helping someone with their groceries while leaving the store or holding the elevator for someone in your building. We decided that if we were able to reach 100 thoughtful acts, we would make a donation to a charity that we believed in.

Ultimately reaching our goal, we decided to donate to Dress for Success, a not-for-profit organization that empowers women by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools needed to help women succeed in both their work and personal lives. It was a pleasure to donate to an organization that stands for something so close to our hearts. 

For our annual AimHire party, our owners treated everyone to a delicious meal at Steakhouse 10 along with some fun activities to help us get to know one another. You would be surprised at the facts we were able to find out about our co-workers, even some that we've know for years! We also participated in White Elephant this year, it is always a fun time seeing what everyone brings for their coworkers and even more fun seeing who might steal someone else's gift! We topped it off with some tasty holiday hot chocolate and cranberry cocktails.
