Hi, my name is Kara Casamento and I am so excited to be rejoining a remarkable team of women at AimHire! For the past few years, I've served as Recruiter and HR Business Partner for a dynamic digital marketing company in Denver called Adswerve! I had the pleasure of working alongside some of the brightest individuals in the digital media industry and I am bringing so much knowledge with me in my next venture!
Prior to Adswerve, I was lucky enough to work for AimHire from 2014 to 2018 and have always passionately believed in their work as a premier recruiting agency in Denver. When the opportunity presented itself to rejoin this team as Executive Recruiter, it was a no-brainer.
Get to Know Kara
Some fun things about me: In 2022, I will be turning the big 4-0 and celebrating my 10-year wedding anniversary within one week of each other! As long as international travel is back up and running, I fully intend to celebrate by eating my way through Italy.
A fact about me that surprises most people is that I am from Kentucky! No one can ever detect a southern accent, but my love for the south runs deep!
My hero is my dad. He is hardworking, unwaveringly supportive of his family, and absolutely hilarious.
I love having a lot of hobbies, but my current favorite is road-tripping in our tiny camper. It allows us to see every corner of our beautiful state!
And finally, I couldn't wrap up a bio without sharing my favorite food: BREAD. Give me a warm loaf of French bread or a nice focaccia and I am one happy gal!
