We have a new team member you’re going to want to get to know – Madison Kubera!

Joining us as a recruiter, Madison will source, screen and guide candidates through the applicant process on behalf of our clients. Working closely with our account managers to assist the hiring team in selecting the best qualified candidates for our positions, she will recruit for a variety of different disciplines from human resources, administrative support, finance, accounting, marketing and tech through creative sourcing techniques and relationship building.

Let’s take some time to get to know Madison a little better.

Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I graduated with a BA in Communication studies in 2019 and received my MBA this spring 2021. I have a passion for knowledge and adventure. I look forward to joining the AimHire team and welcome the challenge of bringing my skills from both my BA and MBA to become an asset to the team.

Where is the first place you want to travel when the pandemic is over?
Travel is one of my favorite hobbies and I have wanted to see so many places on the west coast. I recently moved to Denver, and now being in driving distance to many of those spots is very exciting to me. However, I can’t wait for the pandemic to be over and to be able to visit Italy and Greece, I’ve been wanting to since my first trip to Europe in 2018.

What is a fact about you that surprises people?
I have found my biggest surprise factor is where I’m from and how old I am. I’m originally from Michigan and moved to Kentucky five years ago for college. Now, I am ready to start my next adventure in Denver. I started college when I was only 17, now I’m 22 and just completed my MBA program.

Who is your hero?
My parents are my heroes because of the skills they have taught me. My dad has taught me about the importance of hard work and to try everything because you never know where life will take you. My mom has given me a sense of adventure and reminds me every day to chase every opportunity in front of me.
