Katie shares a bit about her roots, hobbies and what brought her to Denver:

I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. I went to the University of Alabama to study public relations and communications. I’m a big college football fan, so it was very exciting to get to experience Alabama win two national championship games in my time there. After graduating, I moved to Denver to be closer to the mountains. I love to snowboard, hike, and camp as much as possible. I love to travel and am always looking for the next destination to explore!

Q: Where is the first place you want to travel when the pandemic is over?
A: Europe! I studied abroad in London in college and would love to go back or visit family in Ireland.

Q: What is a fact about you that surprises people?
A: I spent three summers working on a dude ranch.

Q: Who is your hero?
A: My hero is my mom. She is the person I look up to most and raised me to be strong and independent.

Q: Do you have any hobbies?
A: I love to snowboard, hike and travel.

Q: What is your favorite food/movie?
A: My favorite food is pasta, and my favorite movie is Almost Famous.
