Aryana has strong problem solving, organizational and customer service skills. As a recruiter, she designs job descriptions, sources candidates, reviews resumes and conducts interviews.

Before joining AimHire, she gained experience in the hospitality industry, and most recently worked as a youth treatment counselor. Aryana has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Colorado Mesa University.

Aryana loves to travel and has visited seven different countries and all around the U.S. She enjoys hiking the beautiful Colorado trails and spending time with her family.
