As with every New Year, we set our sights on clearly defined and better goals. 2015 proved to be a successful one for AimHire and we are committed to doing even better in this New Year. However, to truly lead in this ever changing world requires more than just a clear and specific vision; achievement requires a team effort.
In pursuit of this notion, the AimHire team came together for a 2016 kick-off meeting. We recapped on last year’s challenges and achievements, redefined our strategy, and unfolded a new campaign within our culture… Introducing AimHire-2016 Make a Difference! The goal of the campaign is to empower peer-to-peer leadership and to recognize that EVERY individual can have an impact at AimHire. We know that each staff member brings to the table their own strengths. To that point, we affirm that individuality and call to utilize the different skillsets to create an effective, cohesive unit.
We are excited to formalize this perspective into our mission and would like to recognize HR/Payroll Specialist, Amanda Cline as the 1st recipient of the Make a Difference campaign! Managing payroll and billing for our clients and employees is only a piece of Amanda’s role. Amanda helped build the HR operations, improving the processes and integrating new ideas along the way. Her positive attitude and relentless hard work helps emulate our culture and we are happy to be working alongside such an influential teammate. Throughout the year, we look forward to honoring more individuals who strive to Make a Difference!
