Will my resume be sent out to potential companies without my knowledge?

Madison Kubera Named Vice President of Talent for Nashville

AimHire has named Madison Kubera Vice President of Talent to lead AimHire’s Nashville recruiting team and processes.

Madison serves as a resource to job seekers at every level and assists them in finding the best role for their job search. She works strategically with AimHire’s account managers to provide excellent client service and helps emerging professionals navigate the right opportunities. Madison strives to facilitate the full-cycle hiring process by building relationships and problem-solving. Prior to her role in Nashville, Madison served as a Recruiter in AimHire’s Denver office.

Madison previously worked for the College of Business and Technology at Eastern Kentucky University in the advising department. She held various positions for the college throughout her undergraduate and graduate programs, including creating incoming student outreach.

Madison earned her MBA in business administration and management from Eastern Kentucky University, where she also studied communication studies as an undergraduate.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys traveling and exploring new places.

Meet AimHire’s New Recruiter, Halle Trabue

It’s been a year of growth for AimHire so we’re very excited to have another recruiter on board in our Denver office. Halle Trabue joined AimHire in June 2022 with a passion for finding untapped talent, driving company growth and helping individuals find promising careers.

As a recruiter, she works closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs; manages the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management hire and retain quality talent; and fosters high-touch relationships with AimHire’s qualified talent pool. 

Prior to this role, Halle worked for DISH Network as a senior talent acquisition associate where she onboarded an average of 50 new hires per week and created more than 10 training documents to support business operations. 

Halle graduated from Bryant University – Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. She is a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi Women’s Fraternity and previously served on St. Jude Children’s Hospital Executive Board. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping and traveling.

Kat has strong customer service and collaboration skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. As a recruiter, she designs job descriptions, sources candidates, reviews resumes and conducts interviews.

Prior to AimHire, she worked as a Financial Case Manager for The Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities, advocating on behalf of her clients. Before that, she worked in the retail industry honing her customer service skills. Kat has a bachelor’s degree in public health from the University of Washington.

When not working, Kat enjoys hiking, reading and exploring restaurants in Denver.

We are pleased to announce that Ruth Headden is joining AimHire as Vice President of Operations and Finance in our Denver office.

Ruth joins us from Automotive Titling Company (ATC), where she had a distinguished career for 20 years, working her way up from accounting to VP of Operations and Finance, developing and integrating software solutions while continually growing the business. Prior to ATC, Ruth worked as a Business System Analyst for both First Data Corporation and American Stores. Also has entrepreneurial experience and AimHire is thrilled to have her working for us!

Ruth has a BS degree in business administration from the University of Maine-Orono. She and her husband, Paul, reside in Littleton, Colorado, with their new puppy, Otis. In her spare time, Ruth enjoys biking, hiking, paddleboarding and cross-country skiing.
